Returns & Exchanges
Not happy with your purchase? We want you to love your products and we understand how important it is to be 100% satisfied with your tools when it comes to your craft. Please let us know at info@tuanilash.com if you wish to return or replace your item(s) and we will take it back within 10 days of receipt of shipment.
Return Instructions
- Returns must be initiated within 10 days of your order being delivered.
- Please email us at info@tuanilash.com to notify us of your return and our customer care team will provide you with the return mailing address.
- Please specify your order number in the email subject line – this can be found on your order confirmation email receipt.
- In the unlikely event your product is damaged or defective due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no extra charge.
- Please note that prepaid return labels are only available for returns made in the US.
- Damages related to shipping must be reported immediately. Please send an email containing pictures of the damages at info@tuanilash.com.

Private and Group Class Policies
Please note all class payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. Class dates may be rescheduled without notice. If a class needs to be rescheduled, we will reserve your spot in an upcoming class.
If you need reschedule a class reserved date, request must be submitted within 10 business days of the scheduled class date.
